Arresto Biosciences™ is developing medicines for the treatment of cancer and fibrotic diseases by targeting molecules from the extracellular matrix. Our approach is drug modality independent and we are pursuing both biotherapeutic as well as small molecule approaches in our development activities.

Arresto BioSciences™ recently published a novel drug strategy that combines the advantages of allosteric modulators of enzymatic function with the specificity, selectivity, and pharmacologic properties of antibodies. Arresto BioSciences™ is using this approach to develop novel therapeutics for treating conditions such as oncology, fibrosis and inflammation.
